With a particular consideration to the environments in which works are shown and the transportable nature of their themes, [noplaceprojects*] aim to present a diversity of cross-cultural and transglobal projects. Exhibitions to date have included no place in 2008 and RePlace in 2009.
As photographers and curators, Helman and Haller are also actively involved in the exploration of these themes intheir own work.

Liz Helman is a London-based visual artistand independent curator. In her practice she uses photography and moving imageto explore the everyday experiences and memories of urban living.
She alsoworks professionally as a magazine and newspaper photo editor across a widevariety of print media.
About [Mischa Haller*]
Mischa Haller’s reportage and portrait photography focuses on details and moments that encapsulate a bigger picture of daily life. At times quirky and humorous, his work highlights the pathos of human existence and the poignancy of time spent watching, waiting or hoping.
Born in Switzerland in 1971, Mischa trained for five years as an assistant to photographers including Peter Beard. Mischahas been based in London since 1998.
