Volunteers needed to CHANGE THE WORLD!
Think about this for a moment: Every decision you make every day, has consequences on the world around you, and on the worlds of others. In this sense you are already a “social designer” of this world.
Changing the world while calling it “work” has never felt so good. The Sociadesignsite.com can benefit from your help. We need your creative and innovative knowledge in exchange for the opportunity to learn and develop the world of Social Design! We have a unique, completely virtual team set-up. Therefore, you can apply form anywhere in the world, from right there where you are sitting now! If you are based in Berlin, you will get the opportunity to work in an amiable environment, surrounded by innovative and knowledgeable people from diverse cultures and educational backgrounds based mainly our office in Berlin.

Volunteer Profile
- Age, Culture and gender: ANY as long as you bring your ambitious attitude and innovative spirit!
- Educational Background: IT-Specialist, Design, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Business Studies, MBA Candidates etc. We are especially looking for IT-specialists, Marketing and Business Management graduates. Ultimately every educational field, if you have a good idea and are willing to learn!
- Language: The ability to read, write and speak the English language, as that is the official language of the project.
- Funding: This will be a self-funded experience, and volunteers will not be paid by the SocialDesignSite. It is possible to obtain funding via scholarships offered by educational institutions (E.g. Leonardo Da Vinci)
Proposed Time Frame and Location
Our team is unique and virtual, and we will provide you with the
necessary resources, to work from anywhere in the world. If you are
based in Berlin, you will work in coordination with the Systemic
Excellence Group offices based in Marienstrasse 20, Berlin, Germany.
The proposed time frame of the internship is 3 - 6 months, with the minimum time being 3 months.
Volunteer tasks:
- Maintain and improve the infrastructure and website
- Researching and accumulating potential new projects
- Networking and establishing of alliances
- Organization of events and exhibitions and design communication material
- PR- and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Fundraising
- Promote and Market the Website creatively to online communities
- Strategic Planning
- Graphic Design and video animation
What is expected of a Volunteer:
- Exhibit a positive and motivated attitude towards the work and people in the SocialDesignSite team.
- You are pro-active, flexible and capable to complete work tasks target-orientated independently.
- You are experienced in software applications and ideally you have already gained experience in volunteer or project work in any context.
- You strive towards high goals and expectations and you want to make the impossible, possible.
- Preferably you can present yourself in several languages, including German, English or Spanish.

The SocialDesignsite.com is currently a non-profit initiative.
Therefore volunteers cannot be paid. If you however have an excellent,
global idea as to how we can initiate this endeavour as a worldwide
phenomenon, we can rethink the current circumstances. If you are
