Empowering International Youth to Provide Leadership For Sustainability

Innovative learning design and co-hosting of a four day conference that brought together 80 participants from across the world as well as 18 reputable partners, guests and speakers for an impactful common exploration of a sustainable future.

Partnering with AIESEC in Austria and a large variety of reputable partner organizations, guests and speakers, we launched our "leadership for sustainability" program as learning designer and co-host of "Solution" - a unique learning platform for a sustainable future.

Throughout four days in a castle near Vienna, around 80 selected participants from all corners of the world engaged in an intense experience that fostered clarity, confidence, capability and courage in the pursuit of their ambitions and ideas.

In a space that allowed explorations of the world in all its facets, offered an atelier to express one' s dreams and ideas, while enabling constant interactions with inspiring role models - a powerful journey of discovery and development was shaped.

It comes to no surprise, that the impact of "Solution" went well past passive awareness and general interest. Indeed, the trust and trigger provided helped bring forth imaginary initiatives and remarkable leadership upon a shared intent of contribution to the development of our society.
