The Global Oneness Project is a web-based film project that documents our growing understanding of what it means to be part of one interconnected, interdependent world.

These short films and interviews feature people on six continents, working in the fields of sustainability, conflict resolution, spirituality, art, economics, indigenous culture, and social justice. Using new media technologies to spread these stories globally, the project encourages broad dialogue about our responsibility to each other and to life as a whole.

Voices from the films:

Isn't it one of the biggest crises of humanity that the value of the word ‘we’ has been lost?” says former Catholic archbishop, Fr. Alberto Luna.

You always feel what can I do? I’m all alone… You need to understand your own potential,” says NGO founder Anshu Gupta, who provides basic amenities to the underprivileged in India.

Everything in society tells us to distrust others. I think it's the other way around,” says non-violence proponent, Nelsa Libertad Corbelo Cora, who brings peace to gang youth. “We need to profoundly trust in those around us, in their potential and in who they are.

These stories ask us to look at our world with fresh eyes; to find the opportunity in every situation to serve life; and to bring greater consciousness to everything we do. The project merges local solutions happening now around the world with individual stories that inspire us to find our own source of meaning and commitment.

The library of films is available for free from the website or on DVD for events and educational use. Many of the films can be viewed with subtitles in several languages.
